Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the cost of returning the product from your home to the webshop is at your own expense. This cost is approximately €7.25 per package. For exact rates, please check the website of your carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned with all provided accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at support@kayon.nl. We will refund the owed order amount within 14 days after receiving your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
